The Citizen Observatory targets the reflection of people’s needs on the measurements of those necessities made by institutional and private actors of the State of Mexico, so that a contrast and comparisons on the very same matters could be carried out and so improve the governance in this Mexican State.

The observations made by this think tank are directed to the development of better ways to give input to the Government and other Public Actors, especially when it comes to Public Policies.

​

The final goal of this surveillance is to improve citizens’ satisfaction, relief of public demands, improvement of government’s action legitimacy, but most importantly, the involvement of the different actors of the Public Sphere of the State of Mexico in social matters, public participation and deliberation.
